I have been with Trinity Property Consultants for 5 years, and I love it. I love the forward-thinking culture and the fact that the executives pay attention to the ever-changing trends of the multifamily industry. Just in 5 years, I have seen so many positive changes that help us streamline our processes on-site and at the Regional level. Also, the fact that we can take training on demand through Trinity University and we are encouraged to further our education by earning our multifamily accreditations and receive reimbursement for the courses is very appealing.

Cons

We can be a little paperwork-heavy, with daily/weekly/monthly deadlines on various reports.

Pros

Trinity is one of the best management companies around. Continuous training programs/mainstream in almost every aspect of property management/ incentives are always given to drive staff/ top notch meetings are held and don’t forget about the annual conf in Vegas!

Cons

Properties are limited in certain areas. Though nationwide you may not be near a local property.

-Pay -Benefits -Great co-workers -After the renovations the properties are gorgeous -Take over properties -Plenty of commission opportunities -Best coffee

Cons

-You get hired for the company not the property so you could get moved at a moments notice. -You cannot keep a picture on your desk or anything not issued to you. -You must not let anyone know about your goals, dreams, or if you have something going on in your personal life. Upper management will use it against you. -Your regional won't ask how you are doing if you get in a car accident but they will gladly ask if they can pick you and take you to work. -Schedule Doctors appts or Dentists appts wisely they will not be cordial with your time off. -ABSOLUTELY NO OVERTIME FOR OFFICE STAFF.
