I honestly can't think of any.

Cons

Terrible upper management. Lack of empathy for employees. Expect to get the same rates for a renovated 40 year old building as new builds were asking. No employee appreciation.

The leadership team genuinely supports their people — not just with words, but with real resources, training, and trust to do your job well. There's a strong culture of accountability and teamwork, and you can tell the company actually cares about both its residents and its employees. No two days look the same, which keeps things exciting, and when you have a good team behind you, even the tough days are manageable.
