Great Pay & Benefits Uniforms provided through Express Awesome Support System Owner Managed Yearly Manager Conference Amazing IT/Training/Marketing Department Area & Regional Managers in PHX are AMAZING! I have worked at two properties so far in Phoenix with Trinity, and both of them were great to work at. I have enjoyed all of my team members and the area & regional managers are so supportive. The executives really care about their properties and employees. It makes a huge difference loving where and who you work for! :)

Absolutely the best organization that I've had the privilege to work for with continued growth, many opportunities for advancement, and your hard work and dedication is recognized and rewarded. Great pay + bonuses + FREE HEALTH insurance are just some of the other perks as well!

Cons

Depending on your position, some long hours are required, but that is just the way it is in this industry no matter what company you choose to work for!

Pros

They make AMAZING renovations to their properties- really keep up with appearances.

Cons

The community manager was the most disrespectful woman I have ever met- she was always on her phone, refused to call back any residents, took over a week to send out lease contracts, and was very condescending to her staff. She NEVER took any blame for anything and instead threw her entire staff under it. The Regional manager was also very rude- never addressed any of our concerns and threw the staff under the bus. The leasing regional manager always made inappropriate sexual comments and did not train anyone properly on fair housing laws.
