I have no words in describing this company, so so terrible. Do not work here. No training, no leadership.

Cons

See above, no pros, only cons. Not a property management company and doesn't know how to do their jobs. No-one in the company knows one way to do something.

Pros

If you flirt or are close to the manager or anyone higher up, you will get special treatment and raises. You could be the worst employee and do drugs but if the manager likes you you'll go far.

Cons

Managers talk down on you like you are trash If you get sick or go to the hospital the manager will belittle you and yell at you, even if you never called in sick for years. Management will bring up your personal issues in front of the entire property team. Your co workers will openly do drugs and do nothing all day, yet will get raises over you

Some wonderful people work for this company, On the mangers and maintenance level. Team work is so real on this level, because everyone wants to see you succeed.

Cons

Upper management can't be trusted. They have these clicks and target lower-level employees once one of them begins to target an employee. They hold you accountable for your mistakes but don't take accountability for theirs. They think it's ok to talk to staff as if they are children instead of adult employees. There is no protection for employees mentally, or physically. They will allow anything to happen to you with no follow up.
