Pros

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Trinity. A welcoming and supportive company culture is something that is very important to me, and this is definitely something I felt here. Even though it’s a nationwide company, it was mostly really easy to be able to connect with people in upper management, corporate, other properties, etc. Not only did our area and regional managers take time to visit the property often, but there were also times where the higher-ups came to check on their assets. Plenty of opportunities for commissions and bonuses too! They also offer training seminars that you can sign up for, which gives you some opportunities for growth and networking. And don’t get me started on the Holiday parties!!! Overall, it’s a really awesome company. I often wish I never left :)

Cons

The base pay could definitely be a little better. I also really enjoyed the opportunities to attend training seminars, so I wish they were available more often to non-managers!

Pros

As a long-term employee of Trinity Property Consultants, I've found several compelling reasons to stay with the company: Growth: I've had the remarkable opportunity to progress from a role in one of our smallest communities to becoming an area manager in the Bay Area—an achievement that speaks volumes about Trinity's commitment to employee development. Compensation: Trinity not only offers a competitive salary but also provides comprehensive health benefits, fully covered for employees. Additionally, the scholarship program for employees and their families demonstrates the company's investment in our long-term well-being. Great Executive Team: I've consistently felt supported and valued by our executive team, fostering a sense of trust and confidence in the company's leadership. Support Structure: Clear policies and procedures, coupled with approachable individuals ready to offer guidance and clarification, ensure that employees have the necessary support to excel in their roles.

Cons

While the job demands hard work and dedication, I consider it more of a testament to the rewarding challenges and opportunities within Trinity. If you're ready to commit and grow, this company can truly be a fulfilling place to build your career.

Pros

Insurance is free and not too bad of a deductible. If you work with people you like and do things by the book it makes the experience slightly enjoyable. The training is great if your able to complete any of it. If you don’t-you lose commission.

Cons

If your under qualified management, you’ll do great! Unfortunately they don’t hire qualified or experienced managers. It shows that Trinity isn’t doing well considering one of their properties had a gas leak explosion that was attempted to be reported by residents. Document everything you can and communicate via e-mail, teams or text. I have seen them terminate over qualified staff based on gossip. Also-they state they follow rules and regulations but I have seen this first hand that they do not, don’t sanitize common areas for covid, speak negatively of residents and get annoyed to help, and lack basic knowledge of common courtesy in a office setting. They have a lot of potential but unfortunately they are understaffed and under qualified to manage multi-family housing.
