Pros

Trinity cares about the communities they are in and about the people who work for them and they show it by contributing to worthy causes, allowing for paid time to volunteer. They care about their employees and ensure we are taken care of. I love our NorCal Team! Growing company with lots of opportunities within to grow with them.

Cons

In general sometimes working in the multi family industry can be taxing but that’s not a reflection on the company. Just the nature of the business when you care.

Amazing Opportunity for Learning, Growth, and Advancement

Pros

There are tons of opportunities for learning new skills and advancing within the company. TPC is a very professional company. Their training, HR, and IT teams are helpful and thorough. There are opportunities for advancement and travel. They offer fantastic benefits, such as medical/dental/vision/life insurance, wardrobe allowance, team-building events, extravagant holiday parties with your region, PTO, sick pay, and more. They foster an environment for you to network and succeed. There is for being mentored/supervised and room for managing yourself. Bonus and commission opportunities are ample.

Cons

Pay could be better, although this can easily be said for all property management companies. Redwood, the renovations team Trinity is partnered with, doesn't always complete projects when they are expected to. This can cause a lot of stress for both employees and delayed move-ins.
