Given a clothing allowance for express.

Cons

Promised commission for closing leases but shoddy upper management unable to approve leases due to homes not being ready. Overworked maintenance staff, unreasonable turn/reno schedules. Absolutely horrid. MAYBE 20% of my approved applicants moved into move-in ready homes on their original move-in date.

For the record, we have an in-house construction team that oversees all renovations and beautification projects, and our team members work closely with third-party vendors to develop schedules and ensure our homes are as inviting as possible upon move-in. That said, we recognize that sometimes residents may still have concerns, and when they do, we work diligently to address them in a way that does not negatively impact the living experience. Pros

Arrive Mission Valley is a beautiful property. The residents are awesome and most of the staff are very friendly and respectful.

Cons

Concern for current residents and maintenance staff by the management isn’t as important as attracting prospective residents as it should be. As a maintenance supervisor it’s impossible to perform and supervise anything the way you feel is best for the community.
