Pros

Great pay, employee development, and growth potential. Peer support is amazing and there are extensive training resources. Unlike other companies, Trinity promotes from within to honor the hard work and dedication of its team members. There are also amazing benefits such as employer paid health care, tons of PTO, and 401k match.

Cons

Pros

I love that Trinity actually encourages employees to give back. You get time off to volunteer each year and we are provided paper bags to give to residents at move out so they can donate any pantry items that would normally be thrown out.

Cons

Small thing and most companies do this but it would be great if holidays were paid when you start rather than after the usual waiting period.

Pros

I have been working with Trinity for about a year now and there have been countless growth opportunities provided to me even during the pandemic. The company is growing at a tremendous rate and I know when I was looking for employment, growth was very important to me. The pay is great and the movement is great! As an employee, your insurance is fully paid as well which is a huge plus.

Cons

There needs to be a better system for training. Offering onsite training would be great. Online training with Grace Hill is great as well but adding real, onsite training would be a big plus. You can only learn so much from a computer before you come across a situation in the field that you are not well versed on. I would like to see more incentives for assistant managers.
