Pros

We can use experience and make an impact. We are given autonomy to make business decisions and have resources to be successful. Healthy Dialog is encouraged and they are embracing growth/change

Cons

The Growth is happening fast; but the embraced changes take longer than desire to be embraced. The on-site teams are restricted with come of their capabilities to provide immediate resolution. Although the current policies are being reviewed there are conflicting directions found within the policy.

Pros

Tons of opportunities for training and advancement. Great staff in several departments that are open to help you when you need it. Engaged executive team that pushes you hard for success. Great pay and benefits.

Cons

This is more of a warning not a con. This industry is not for the faint of heart - to succeed you need to be willing to put in the hard work and burn the midnight oil to achieve success but the risk is worth the reward. Your voice is heard when communicated appropriately. There have already been some great changes at Trinity in the last 2 years alone towards a healthier and more inclusive work environment.
