Pros

You will be recognized and promoted. They want to keep you happy at your job and do their best to make that happen. The opportunities for bonus' speak for themselves, they want you to make money and live well. The data base they utilize for your day to day work is superior to anything I have used at a job. They keep you informed and educated through an online class system called Grace hill. You get bonuses for attending and staying up to date on FREE classes that are interactive and actually pretty cool. The benefits are stellar and the commission is more than fair and motivating. My company is on my side and makes me feel important. Holidays off and paid. Discounted living. Active desk job. You dont sit all day you get to move around and tour the property. CEO Michael personally handed out Christmas bonus' and celebrated us at Christmas time. Really amazing company. I plan to stay for a long time.

Cons

Work weekends, but they're shorter hours and you get a weekday or two off. Deal directly with disgruntled residents complaining about things out of your control & job description.

I started with Trinity as a leasing consultant with little knowledge of the industry. Through hard work, abundant training, strong team support (at all levels), I have had every opportunity to succeed, develop, and grow. Tremendous company to work for! One Team, One Goal!
