I have loved working for Trinity in Minneapolis. They have great benefits and clothing allowance. Hard work is recognized, valued and rewarded. I am excited about the future growth and opportunities with the company both regionally and nationally. The company culture is fun, innovative and team oriented.

They look within for promotions and their portfolio continues to grow which means that if you work hard, you will find opportunity at Trinity to grow your career. Pros

They listen to their employees! This is my 5th company in 17 years and I can honestly say that they want to know what you think, I’ve never had that. Fast growing and a lot of room from promotion within which we prefer to do. All the managers are taken to a retreat in Las Vegas every year and the health care for the employee is free!

Cons

None that I can see and have been here for almost a year!
