They really put the employee first, they want their residents to be happy and knowing that for that to happen they need to have happy employee. . . they make sure the employees are happy. Happy staff happy residents.

Pros

Trinity truly cares about their employees. They show this by open communication, outstanding benefits, amazing bonuses and by empowering their people. Through out the COVID-19 pandemic we received weekly (if not more) communication in regards to safety measures, new protocol and resources they had available for us. This included additional sick time for all, mental health awareness and more. They are a forward thinking company that will be trailblazing to the top of this industry.

Cons

Some process can seem a bit long and multi-stepped when they don't need to be, but that just comes with a company that has grown quick and that continues to grow and adapt.
