I feel supported at Trinity, and am proud to work for this organization. They are innovative and not afraid to try new ideas or products first. There is a true dedication to the team members from the corporate team down. Last year they revamped our benefits package, which was really great.

Cons

Nothing to note, I really like working here.

-work on weekends -transition of management could have been smoother -a lot of active renovations/construction

Pros

Pay is great and they cover 100% of your health premium. They have a lot of properties, but most departments are fast and helpful. They reimburse you in NAA licensing.

Cons

Obviously new to student property management. Health insurance for spouse/children is very expensive. As a site level manager, you feel like more of a burden to the compliance and accounting department.
