Thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves on promoting from within and we have many employees that started as leasing agents that have become valued members of our Regional Management teams. With Trinity University and our Personal Development Program, our employees can actively educate themselves with the tools we provide. Our recruiter sends out weekly emails encouraging managers to pass the information along to their employees that are looking for new opportunities.
