Pros

The training was awesome. The growth was amazing and they showed great value in their employees. They invested in me to be greater.

Cons

I have none. I learned so much from this company than I ever have in my 7 years at that time in the industry.

Pros

-Pay -Benefits -Great co-workers -After the renovations the properties are gorgeous -Take over properties -Plenty of commission opportunities -Best coffee

Cons

-You get hired for the company not the property so you could get moved at a moments notice. -You cannot keep a picture on your desk or anything not issued to you. -You must not let anyone know about your goals, dreams, or if you have something going on in your personal life. Upper management will use it against you. -Your regional won't ask how you are doing if you get in a car accident but they will gladly ask if they can pick you and take you to work. -Schedule Doctors appts or Dentists appts wisely they will not be cordial with your time off. -ABSOLUTELY NO OVERTIME FOR OFFICE STAFF.

Thank you for your review. Our company continues to grow and opportunities that require an associate to move are voluntary. We provide our valued team members with options and many team members stay on with us due to the culture we provide for our employees. Pros

There was an overabundance of work. The opportunity for commissions was high.the apartments we renovated and spacious, making them easy to lease.

Cons

There was an overabundance of work, with little support. The company kept raising the requirements for commissions, making it harder and harder. I was left to do management job responsibilities with no compensation, support our training, under the promise that I was going to be promoted. Once I put in notice, I was then stripped of my commissions, with management stating I didn't complete my work.
