Pros

Days go by fast has good benefits. If you are an hourly employee well worth it for the job requirements.

Cons

Correctional setting it's not for everyone. If your salary you are over worked and underpaid, your hourly staff will make more than you with just a couple hours of overtime.

I really can't think of anything good to say about this company other than the pay was decent and the hours were there. There are better jobs out there with better atmospheres and people.

Cons

No Holiday pay, no overtime allowed, management and higher ups play favorites and will not listen anyone when there is a genuine problem. In this company its all about who you know, who you are related to, and who you brown nose. If you re not one of the favorites, your Co workers will bully you, be arrogant with you, make your work day a living nightmare and drag you down, then they will 100% put the blame on you. They are as manipulative, selfish, and cunning as the inmates they serve

Pros

The original President which they have sent out to pasture is the only one that knows anything and a great person.

Cons

CEO is a joke from a financial world. HR is a joke, they are suppose to be employee advocates but are all about firing people at first sign, CHRO is one of the worst human beings I have ever conversed with. CEO always claims to be more open and communicative but he hasn't sent out email in almost a year.
