Pros
Easy job , inmates load the trucks for you often you just monitor inmates working while you're at complex and avoid anything that will get you into trouble .
Cons
Management keep people around who are unsafe in their practice ( leave vehicles unlocked and running around inmates ) I reported on several occasions unsafe practices and yet saw no changes not a single eye batted, Managers have favorites, No values ,No professional growth here.. You are another no one ready to leave at any petty reason, Staff throw each other under and will get you written up over petty things. Staff go straight to your head boss over little things, a mop head or a conversation likely about them not getting what they wanted ALTHOUGH your inmates load and staff are the error and not yourself. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here. This is an EASY IN, EASY OUT JOB. Management will always place you responsible for anything even if it is their own error. I reported a vehicle being on safe to operate and management attempted to make me responsible for getting the vehicle back not my responsibility I'm here to drive and report your vehicles are not functioning correctly and are unsafe. Even if you have vehicle issues that is no excuse here. This is a dead-end job in my short time here I saw several people fired been through petty write ups and never got anything for pushing to tighten up and making strides for the company and its performance. Don't settle for this job you will regret it greatly.
