Pros

There really isn't any advantages to working here. None at all. I guess if you need a job, this one will do until you get another job.

Cons

Management treats employees horribly. They won't back up a supervisor when a problem with an inmate arises. So much back stabbing, bullying, and drama. I left nearly every day feeling abused. The turnover rate is astronomical. People would quit their first day due to poor treatment.

Free food- havent had to buy food for lunch since working there. ( depends if you trust inmates making your food) full time close to home pay is decent

Cons

Prison environment fluctuating schedule when under staffed though working in a prison you are not in technically an employee of that prison your an outside contractor.
