Pros

Very solid systems in place. Great training for beginner salesman.

Cons

There is so much money in solar you can make a ton more at another company. When i started the company had only a few dozen salesman and we got $180/kw, than they started taking away key information like EPC to keep us in the dark over how much money was in the deal. This company loves control and loves to threaten you with lawsuits if you ever think about leaving for another company. Don't drink the cool aid, plenty of better opportunities out their.

Pros

They used to have good employees (they all quit however) Leadership is quite dumb so it's easy to manipulate your way into positions

Cons

Let's start with business ethics. In B2B relationships Trinity has acted highly unprofessional. On multiple occasions they refuse to pay other companies for their work. Instead, they wait until there is a lawsuit. Once the lawsuit begins, they'll often then settle on paying a lower amount then originally agreed upon. This is Trinity 101 how to handle other companies. They'll also do things like sharing email accounts to avoid paying for more subscriptions services even after being directly told that it's against their agreement with the other company. If you're a company doing any form of business with Trinity, they will find a way to exploit your services/product. BT Dev team. Recently, they hired a CIO to take over technology. Upon being hired, this person belittled every person in the department and then hired family members and friends into high ranking positions. These friends and family members are extremely unqualified. This has lead to a high turnover rate. Multiple new hires only worked for a few weeks before walking out of the office and quitting. Do not fall for any propaganda the BT Dev feeds you during an interview. Working at this company will be miserable and unproductive.
