Pros

Health Benefits, 401K, decent starting pay, Job perks such as Tickets at Work, PTO

Cons

You are not a person, you are just a dollar sign. Poor company culture, disorganized training, incompetent management, high pressure sales job, constant criticism, overall negative work environment. Outdated, complicated software which takes forever to learn, 30 minute unpaid lunch breaks, unrealistic performance expectations, revolving door of employees, low morale. Overall miserable.

Pros

Great opportunity for self-growth and such. Good pay.

Cons

A lot of pressure Try to pressure you to work on your days off Try to make you work 9 hours + a day which lessens the value of your pay Try to make you all about work and to forget all about your social life, friends, family, etc.

Pros

If you are willing to sacrifice dignity, you'll probably do pretty well.

Cons

The newly appointed "CIO" is nothing more than a salesperson, who conned upper management into believing he would have a positive impact on the company. After two years, he has demonstrated no real understanding of modern technology implementation, or the contracting business in general. The management team put in place by the aforementioned "CIO" consists exclusively of under-qualified friends and family, with underwhelming leadership skills. If you are reading this review because you are considering accepting a job in technology, just know that Trinity's technology recruitment is the result of a high turnover rate, and not of promotion and growth. TL;DR If you are looking to expand a career in any form of technology, accepting a position at Trinity will take you one step forward and ten steps back, you will not find any mentorship here.
