      Great Company except for RAMPANT Nepotism...

      Wealth of experience and industry knowledge; Brilliant CEO; Career oriented.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism: Trinity grew too big, too fast. They elevated all the wrong people and now have severely unqualified 'buddies', family members and 'has-beens' from the door-to-door industry making decisions at the highest level. Trinity will regularly bring in outsiders from other companies, who have accomplished NOTHING for them, and elevate them to management positions ahead of tenured employees who have dedicated years to helping Trinity succeed. I watched too many good, qualified, loyal employees get passed up simply because a failed Vivint or Solar City employee came in talking a big game and got the management spot.

      Very positive environment. Very high paid if you have results. Fast moving career growth. Daily trainings that help you a lot to develop your skills.

      Do it if you don't mind door-to-door and giving up 50% of your commission the first 17 weeks

      Pros

      If you had the personality and the stomach to go door-to-door in an area they pick for you, then go ahead. You will get plenty of hours but if you don't make a sale, you don't get paid.

      Cons

      You are not allowed to work where you want, and the first 17 weeks you have to give up 50% of your commission to the company. This company is 100% commission based. However, if you get a good area, you can do really really well.
