      Pros

      Trinity Solar is a great place to work. Despite being a large company, it still feels like family. I love the people I work with! On the more business side of things, there is room to grow and they promote from within. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else :) .

      Cons

      Space inside the building is decreasing with our growth, but it is a beautiful well-kept office nonetheless.

      Pros

      Trinity is a huge family! Everyone you meet is cut from a high caliber cloth. If you are a hard worker you can make an amazing amount of money!

      Cons

      It takes hard work and discipline. You need to be a self confident go getter that can thrive well in a sales environment.

      Pros

      Amazing work environment to be involved in daily. Always surrounded by like minded motivated individuals that are always willing to help and collaborate to get better at what we do. The company has my best interest in mind which is very rare also the best interest of the customer which makes me feel like I’m doing something in this world and part of a purpose.

      Cons

      The company can get to big for their own good. Which could change what makes me have love for this company. What all other companies do when they get big worries me but I do hope they stay in their own mold.
