Pros

Coming from college and an interest in renewable energy , I found trinity solar and haven't looked back. They treat you as family and have an amazing structure to guide you to success. We are helping homeowners save money and help the planet all at the same time .Every appointment I set means that family is one step closer to a brighter renewable future . Hands down the best decision I have ever made going with trinity.

Cons

Didn't find me this opportunity sooner

Pros

The team, company culture, money, benefits and ability to rise up in the company. Even with no previous experience, if you come in ready to learn and work you can make a career that is fulfilling and wildly lucrative. I highly suggest this job for people that are self motivated or are willing to learn how to be self motivated. We will give you everything you need from tech support to ongoing training. Your office meets regularly to support you and your team every week. I had no money and didn't know what I was really going to do with my life. Now, I'm wealthy and well on my way to a management position. Since the company is always growing, there is always room to rise up. It's a no brainer for anyone who wants to achieve more in their lives.

Cons

Must be self motivated, or willing to learn how to be self motivate and you have to have a vehicle in good working order, you will be on the road a lot. These aren't cons to me, but may be for some.
