I have been at Trinity Solar for several years, and it only gets better with time. The owners are hands-on and involved, we are eager to promote from within, and are always looking for ways to improve our company while allowing people's strengths to shine through. We are very good at adapting to change. Trinity also cares more about the human element to the business-- doing what is right by our customers, our employees, and our vendors or other partners.

The harder you work the more money you can make. Its pretty simple. Great people, tons of training and help when you need or want it. You get a lot of freedom, there is no ceiling to your commisions. Its all commision, but worth it, especially for go geters and those who rather work for themselves.
