Pros

Amazing people, culture, and team. Pay and benefits are just as great. 10/10 workforce with kind and fair coworkers and bosses. Get paid for talking to people if you're good with knocking on doors.

Cons

If you're an introvert, you're going to struggle with the 'meeting new people' aspect.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—we truly appreciate your positive feedback. We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve enjoyed the people, culture, and team at Trinity Solar. Creating a workplace where employees feel supported, respected, and valued is something we work hard to achieve. It’s also great to know that you’ve had a positive experience with our pay, benefits, and leadership. We also appreciate your honest perspective about the role. Building relationships and meeting new people is a big part of the job, and we understand that it can be more challenging for some than others. Thank you again for your review and for being a valued member of the Trinity Solar team!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we appreciate your perspective. We’re glad to hear that you value the independence the role provides, along with the opportunity to directly influence your earning potential through your own efforts. That level of ownership is something many of our team members enjoy. We also recognize that today’s market can be competitive and that the role requires dedication and persistence. Your feedback is a helpful reminder of the importance of continuing to provide the tools, support, and resources our employees need to succeed. Pros

Great teammates in my department Decent PTO structure

Cons

The culture has gotten pretty negative. Raises don’t feel fair, and it seems like leadership doesn’t take feedback well. There’s also too much control from the top, which leads to extra work and makes it harder to actually get things done. Since the new CEO came in, morale has definitely dropped. A lot of people feel things have gone in the wrong direction.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we appreciate your honesty. We’re glad to hear that you’ve had a positive experience with your teammates and found value in the PTO structure. At the same time, we recognize the concerns you’ve raised around culture, communication, and overall morale. Creating a workplace where employees feel heard, fairly recognized, and supported is extremely important. Your feedback highlights areas where we need to continue improving—especially when it comes to transparency, consistency in compensation, and how feedback is received and acted on. We also appreciate your perspective on the importance of collaboration between teams. Corporate and Operations play a critical role in overall success, and ensuring alignment across all parts of the business is essential. Thank you again for your input—it’s valuable as we continue working to strengthen both our culture and performance as an organization.
