Pros

It is family owned and operated for the last 23 years, and has maintained it's culture through many changes in the industry. Most people are looking for a place to hang their hat and work for a company where their work has meaning, this has been that place for me. Starting off as a Co-District manager, and transitioning from the field to the directors team has been life changing. They invest heavily in training their sales force, and look for solutions that are the best fit for employees.

Cons

Explosive growth comes with its challenges, primarily communication through so many departments, but also attracts the best talent to tackle them. This is a fast paced environment that requires self starters and motivated reps, if that is not your style, then this may be your biggest challenge.

Pros

Close to Wareham Crossing for lunch.

Cons

There is a lot of jealousy and drama. Everyone watches everyone else. No flexibility with hours.
