Misleading Company

Pros

There is none. They are an unprofessional organization and pretty much let me go after a week of employment for little to no reason. They're a disgrace and misleading beyond belief. They informed they were going through internal changes within the department, and they had people coming back to the office.

Cons

You do not care about the people who you hire. You let someone go through the hiring process, extend offer, then let me go with little to no reason. I will NEVER recommend someone working for you EVER. I am embarrassed to even say I worked for you at all.

Pros

If you are willing to sacrifice dignity, you'll probably do pretty well.

Cons

The newly appointed "CIO" is nothing more than a salesperson, who conned upper management into believing he would have a positive impact on the company. After two years, he has demonstrated no real understanding of modern technology implementation, or the contracting business in general. The management team put in place by the aforementioned "CIO" consists exclusively of under-qualified friends and family, with underwhelming leadership skills. If you are reading this review because you are considering accepting a job in technology, just know that Trinity's technology recruitment is the result of a high turnover rate, and not of promotion and growth. TL;DR If you are looking to expand a career in any form of technology, accepting a position at Trinity will take you one step forward and ten steps back, you will not find any mentorship here.

Young Managers

Pros

Close to home/people who work there

Cons

Management is very young and with no prior experience. Backstabbing and people trying to get ahead and make a name for themselves. The area I worked in that behavior was encouraged. You do not get paid for snow days even if it is a state of emergency. Young and insecure managers. No lunch break. Micromanaged to the extreme.
