      Pros

      Trinity Solar is truly a family owned company with an amazing culture and is going through exponential growth. The owner genuinely cares about all the employees and all the homeowners, which we consider part of the Trinity Family. The training and ongoing support are unmatched in this industry. The pay, retirement plans and health benefits are all amazing. No amount of money could persuade me to leave Trinity for another company!

      Because we are growing so quickly, there are going to be some growing pains. But we are empowered to work directly with upper management and directors of the company to improve our process

      Pros

      Great company culture, growth oriented mindset, great leadership and training. I wouldn't work for any other solar company.

      Cons

      Processes are quickly improving every single day but are not 100% seamless yet.

      Pros

      This is hands down the best company I have ever worked for! They genuinely care about all employees. Everyone is treated with respect, and the opportunities for advancement are unbelievable. If you are looking for a place to work you won't find better.

      Cons

      Being that Trinity is growing so fast things can be chaotic. Last year they were the fast growing company in NJ and in 2017 they were the second fast growing company in NJ.
