      Young, talented and highly motivated leadership. Rapidly growing company that sets employees up to achieve the next step in their career. I have never worked at a place that displays the same positive attitude and camaraderie.

      Cons

      With a dynamic and changing environment it can seem overwhelming at times. But if you are structured and understand the company's initiatives it is an exciting and revolutionary organization to be a part of.

      Pros

      The purest meritocracy I have ever seen. It is the only real world example that truly rewards every bit of hardwork you are willing to put it in. Likewise, it is the only company I have ever worked at that truly adheres to its mantra of putting its people first. Working at Trinity has been a life changing experience.

      I couldn't think of anything negative to say to be honest.
