      Pros

      They invest a lot into their employees. My Direct managers were great! They want to see you succeed and invest a lot of time into you if you invest into your job.

      Cons

      They like to cut corners. My regional manager was not honest at all lacked integrity. When I had questions about the job she me basically if you don’t like it there is the door. All I wanted to know was if the company was doing things with integrity. Very money hungry. Says they care about the customer and for some of the higher up’s I believe that but it felt like the higher the position the less they wanted to help people the more they were about money.
