Pros

I took this job at Trinity in August of 2022 really not knowing what to expect. I had no prior sales experience, and throughout my tenure, I have developed leadership, communication, and sales skills that have helped me in my personal and professional life. The culture, positivity, and competitive atmosphere are some of the things that have pushed me to be the best version of myself. The mentors, role models, and friends that I've gained have been a priceless part of my experience here at Trinity. I didn't realize how many career advancement opportunities there were until I actually joined. For me personally, I got promoted to a Team Lead position within my first 3 months, and then just recently I got promoted to District Manager of New York - Boroughs office. It took me 11 months to get this promotion. Everybody's path at Trinity is different, and the timeframe in which it takes to get promoted is also different. Hard work, dedication, and a student mindset will put you in a position for a successful career at Trinity. For pay structure, we are compensated very well through a base salary + commission tier structure. Most sales jobs are commission only so it is nice to have that cushion of a base while also being able to earn commission on top of that.

Cons

There is a learning curve to this position. Some people can come into Trinity and do very well right off the bat, for other people it may take them a little longer to get the hang of it. Being able to deal with rejection is key for success here. We will face rejection, but that is a part of sales.
