Best Job I've Ever Had!

I took this entry level sales position with zero sales experience. I was hesitant, and I knew it was going to be difficult, but that is the beauty of the Outreach position. It is a difficult job, but as long as you persevere and you show up to learn, you will find success. You are surrounded by high level leaders who are masters at their craft. Trinity will give you a platform to develop an amazing career. Within eleven months I had been promoted four times, I made more money than I'd ever made in my life. I have so much growth within the company. There is so much opportunity here. The skills I have developed have prepared me for any sales or management job I may find in the future. I have no intention of leaving, but knowing that I am prepared for any role that comes my way has increased my self esteem, and given me a new confidence. I am so grateful for the opportunity to continue my career with such an amazing team in a blooming industry.

Cons

- As with all sales jobs, there is a lot of rejection - Your development depends on your ambition. It is up to you to learn - You can work in ALL weather conditions - You can walk anywhere from 5 to 10 miles in one day in some cases

Career Growth Competitive Payscale Leadership Development The return on the amount of work out in is tenfold and satisfying for both personal and professional growth.

Cons

Only for people with good work ethic and high energy! Management isn’t always looking over your shoulder so you need to be self disciplined. Need to be able to hold a conversation and stay organized.
