- Very flexible - Ability to work from home - Management easily approachable - Opportunities to learn and move up - Competitive pay - Free drinks and snacks - Keg in the breakroom

Cons

Haven't really seen any cons that merit a mention, but.... - Keg in the breakroom hasn't been replaced due to COVID. T.T

We are very glad to have you on our team. The desktop support role has been essential to all organizations in the past year of remote work. We thank you for your responsiveness to all of our employees’ technical needs. As we prepare to phase back into the office over this year, I imagine a lot of the pre-COVID amenities will be reinstated.
