Pros

The people are amazing. The environment for the most part is great. The company is ramping up team-building events and seems to be trying to improve employee morale. Upper management decided to go from quarterly "all hands" meetings to monthly meetings to keep employees up to speed about what's going on.

Cons

The company significantly under-invests in a pretty critical team, which could negatively impact the entire company as a whole. They focus too much on their products, as well as sales and marketing, but not enough on the team that effectively is the backbone that keeps things running. This team for the size of the company should be at minimum 16 heads strong. Instead, this team is only half the size, and most have to wear multiple hats and perform duties effectively outside their typical purview for their position. It's overworked and underpaid for the amount of work and stress they have to go through. Opportunities for advancement, especially when interest is communicated, aren't taken seriously.
