Pros

At the time I worked for them, this company had great ideas on how to move training forward. I was hired with the idea of modernizing platforms and making some interesting and innovative changes.

Cons

When I asked for the tools to make those innovations a reality, I was told to find free work-arounds on the internet. With those limitations, it was very difficult to turn materials they had into something new and different. Also, the circumstances I was hired under never materialized when I became an employee.

-Enjoyed most of my team -Collaborative environment

Cons

-Feedback was ignored/never acted upon -Underpaid in comparison to similar roles at similar companies -Never felt empowered to pursue training to enhance my skills or work on new projects, these items were always discussed but got continually pushed to the back-burner in order to finish "busy work" projects
