Pros

Trintech provides a great work environment and doesn't skimp on technology. They also have really good benefits, and their business strategy has significant potential.

Cons

Massive technical debt to overcome - their main product, Cadency is a conglomeration of several acquired products only loosely integrated, and is very difficult to convert over to a true SaaS model.That conversion will require very complex planning and careful management in order to do it in a manner that provides incremental ROI sufficiently to keep top management's confidence up in the project.
