Pros

Decent Benefits Decent offering - truly believe it is better than BL Most positions can work remote You can be your own boss There are some incredibly talented people still around.

Cons

This company is clearly for sale. For every 5 people that leave, they might re-hire one. Poor or non-existent communication No vision A lot of turn over, they are loosing people every week. No Training Lost the entire HR department recently - all brand new people there. Poor marketing The old SME's who still remain, hang on to their knowledge and don't share. Upper Management has NO vision Nepotism is really prevalent

Pros

Good people to work with. Most employees are personable and friendly with positive attitudes. The benefits package is decent and the pay is fair.

Cons

Small company so opportunities for career growth a limited. Time off entitlements are low compared to other companies in the industry. The leadership team, while personable enough, don't really make the time to connect with employees.

Pros

Good pay, good benefits, nice people.

Cons

Training is non-existent in the role I fulfill and means learning by trial and error. From Data File Processor, there isn't an easy route into the ranks of the rest of the company, and the team is not included in much of the office activities. I think it has to do with the early hours--we leave earlier than the rest of the office, and some emails get sent out after we are already gone and we miss things that we might've needed to know for the next day. If your files do not get out by the end of your shift, you stay until they do. Few people on the team take lunchbreak and are resented by others on the team if they do.
