Pros

The pay and benefits at Trintech were once great. But cost cutting has taken its toll on overall compensation.

Cons

Nearly the entire engineering staff has been laid off and the work has been outsourced to the Ukraine and India. What was once a great engineering department has been decimated by current management. Management has no clue how to run an engineering organization. Timelines are set arbitrarily and death marches are now a way of life for what remains of the onshore engineering staff. Job security is non-existent. Beware!

Pros

This company is full of great employees that have been there for over a decade, and they are all willing to help new employees. The company has a great software line, client base, and wonderful potential.

Cons

Great management, but I wish communication was better from the executive level. Negative suprises are never good, and Trintech is so small that everyone knows almost immediately.
