Poor leadership, no raises, toxic culture

Opportunities to take on new responsibilities. Exposure to a growing IT industry. Potential for performance-based recognition (without pay increase).

Cons

Leadership lacks technical expertise. No raises or bonuses despite promotions. Poor communication and unclear goals. Intimidation tactics and public reprimands. Toxic and unstable work environment.

Pros

TrinWare has been around for 20 years and it shows. I started 4 years ago, and my experience has been A+. Management and ownership shows up to work, which is more than you can say about 95% of businesses around the world. That keeps the employees energized and feeling like ownership is part of the team. In addition, benefits are competitive. In fact, they just recently reduced the employees amount for health insurance. This helps a family a lot. Trinware supports the advancement of the employees knowledge by paying for certificates and leadership classes. Every day is a learning experience at TrinWare too, with an industry that moves very fast. Great location. Clean building. Snacks in the fridge!!!!!! Employee appreciation events frequently. BBQ's in the summer. They make sure to keep things fun too, which is important to morale.

None to name, i love my job.
