Pros

I joined not long ago, feeling positive so far. The good thing is there is comprehensive onboarding process and orientation training to help us understand the products and customers' FAQs. I really appreciate that my coach helps a looooot in teaching me how to deal with difficult customers. If you want to pick up CA skills, it definitely offers good space. The brand is also growing more globally.

Cons

The probation KPI is strict, you need to learn quickly. Sometimes work schedules can be challenging

Amazing on the outside, but...

Pros

- Supportive colleague and department managers. - Having a very wide selection of snacks and foods in the pantry. - Amazing amenities (having video games and a massaging chair provided).

Cons

The support from the HR team is non-existent, and department managers will often come up with their own solution before going to HR and confirming that their plan is doable (instead of the other way around).
