Pros

Fast-growing company with a strong platform in the OTA industry. Targets are clear and performance is recognized. Good exposure to global teams and international ways of working. You learn a lot in a short time, especially about the market and partner management.

Cons

Fast pace and high pressure, especially during peak seasons. Some decisions are HQ-driven, so local flexibility can be limited. Processes are still evolving, which can be frustrating at times.

Pros

Trip.com Group provides an open and dynamic work environment where employees are encouraged to learn, innovate, and develop their skills. The company offers ample opportunities for professional growth and supports creative ideas, making it a great place to grow and innovate. Team collaboration and knowledge sharing are deeply valued, helping everyone to achieve their best potential.

Cons

Due to the recent addition of new overseas markets, the office is still in the early stages of setup and operation, so some internal processes are not yet fully established. However, the company is making steady progress, and I am confident things will improve soon.
