Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your recognition of our leadership in China’s tourism industry but regret your concerns about work-hour expectations and salary competitiveness. We aim to balance employee well-being with operational needs and continually review compensation to align with market standards. Pros

Trip has the best culture - there is lots of diversity, regular inclusive events, people are very friendly. There is also lots of opportunities to progress in the business and excel in your chosen career.

Cons

Not a con per se but as the business grows it would be great to expand our team more.
