Informal and friendly work environment. Nice little "extras" such as free coffee & juice and occasional snacks and treats. Competitive salary.

Cons

Disappointing occupational sickness scheme. No time off given for appointments with your doctor or dentist.

Management is open and easy to approach for discussions. Development opportunities are there. Very safe working environment. Free Hot drinks in both kitchen areas. Hybrid working.

Cons

Unfortunately very limited on-site parking. Not many cons myself as I've seen a lot of change in the last year for the better.
