Toxic culture, at all levels Disorganized Company reorgs frequently Difficult to get stuff done leadership has no idea what they are doing.Emails with no response, no direction from the boss.... People are very rude. low training skills, dealing with hostile environments and lack of communication. Leadership can often go in seemingly inconsistent directions

Pros

Teamwork and overall good environment. Good benefits and great multi cultural diversity. Health benefits are good. Plenty of promotion and professional growth possibilities.

Cons

Some difficulties in getting internal improvements. Apart from the entry salary, other positions salaries are not good at all, too much responsibility for the amount received. Different level of responsibility, same salary within the same level. Work-Life balance not good for higher level positions. Work burnout is common. Some promotions are not based on merit and not even knowledge.
