      Pros

      Good team vibe, flexi home/office days, potential of getting involved on a international level with various causes and groups, good work/life balance, great career progression, great culture, flexible with holiday request, great mission & strong ethics. The business really does try to do the right thing. Interesting time to be at the business as it is transforming. Wonderful people, inquisitive culture.

      Cons

      The downside of any large company is the inevitable bureaucracy that comes with that.
