Pros

A lot of opportunity if you can speak both Chinese and English, or if you cannot speak good Chinese and if you are smart to present your thoughts with supporting data and show the results, you can get good promotions and salary increase.

Cons

There are some language barriers because most of staff does not speak English. Meetings and presentations are in Chinese although there are foreigners in the meetings. But HQ people does try to improve their English so despite of difference in language and business manner, Trip.com people are all nice. Some people plays office politics, rolling balls, does not want to take responsibility while they are in the position to take responsibility.
