Pros

- International environment and able to work with a variety of different people from different backgrounds - Beautiful and modern offices

Cons

- Extremely unstable management. Since last year's redundancy program, we have lost 2 out of 3 managers and the remaining manager is completely hopeless. - Current head of site and manager does not understand the business and how to work with her teams. Says a lot of nice words but cannot back them up with action. - Several experienced team members in the leadership or support team in flights have resigned because of poor management, with more likely to follow. Headquarters does not seem be aware of the real situation or are unwilling to act.

Pros

Like all contact centres, it has nice colleagues from different countries. It used to be alright but took a turn for the worse towards the end of 2020

Cons

No team communication whatsoever, no 1 to 1s or team meetings, an overworked, constantly overwhelmed and ridiculously overtasked support team, especially the TLs as they have to deal with the company’s many complaints themselves and have 0 time to dedicate to their teams. Higher management verging on abusive makes the edinburgh site a sinking ship. If you’re still there, it’s time to grab a life jacket abd make for dry land.

Pros

great colleagues, new office premises, adequate working equipment provided

Cons

too much stress, constant pressure, call center ambiance all about productivity, empty promises, abusive working pattern, no managerial support, no work/life balance at all.
