A Toxic Work Environment with incompetent Management My experience at this company has been nothing short of traumatic. Despite going above and beyond in my role, I found myself overlooked due to internal politics. Once I established key connections, it suddenly became apparent that my contributions were deemed insufficient and not aligned with the management's expectations. Micromanagement is rampant here, and there’s an expectation to idolize leadership. International staff are undervalued, and management lacks a grasp of the local market, often disregarding insights from regional experts. I would not recommend my worst enemy joining this company; it stands out as my biggest regret to date

Worst company I have ever worked for. Management is horrible, culture is horrible, and the work itself is horrible.

Pros

Things may not be perfect, but it's good that the company keeps improving, benefits getting better, processes and systems are also improving. It's a huge organization, but its willingness and capability to improve within the few years I've been around has been encouraging

Cons

Hope we can continue to become a more globalize company
