Pros

1) Promotion opportunity every month for agents, and every 6 months for other staff. Always done fairly and based on performance. 2) The amount of benefits given through a Cash plan, snacks most weeks, free fruit, free Nespresso machine, free merch, free food when celebrating events. 3) Massive focus on employee satisfaction. A leadership team who listen and always want to improve. 4) Performance is clear for everyone through the performance evaluation mechanism. 5) The people and the culture- one of the best things about working in a multi cultured office, 6) Salary is checked against other call centres and very competitive. 7) Lots of opportunity to grow and develop through training, Linkedin Learning accounts an leadership support.

Cons

1) Pension contribution is minimal.

Pros

1. **Innovative Culture**: The company fosters creativity and encourages employees to think outside the box. New ideas are welcomed, and cross-department collaboration is strong. 2. **Growth Opportunities**: Plenty of chances to upskill through workshops, certifications, and mentorship programs. Leadership genuinely invests in employee development. 3. **Work-Life Balance**: Flexible hours and remote work options make it easier to manage personal commitments. 4. **Benefits Package**: Competitive salary, health insurance, and generous PTO (paid time off). The 401(k) match is a nice perk. 5. **Inclusive Environment**: Diversity and inclusion are prioritized, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all backgrounds.

Cons

1. **Bureaucracy**: Decision-making can be slow due to multiple layers of approval, especially in larger projects. 2. **Workload Fluctuations**: Busy seasons can feel overwhelming with tight deadlines, while slower periods may lack clarity on priorities. 3. **Communication Gaps**: Some teams struggle with transparency from upper management about company-wide changes. 4. **Career Advancement**: Promotions are possible but often require advocating strongly for yourself.
