Empowering employees to take ownership and make an impact is an important part of our culture. We're also sorry to hear that your experience with work-life balance and communication fell short of expectations. To address this, we have been actively implementing measures such as our hybrid working model to strengthen work-life balance and help employees better integrate their professional and personal lives. As we continue to grow globally, we also recognize the importance of fostering meaningful connections across teams, and a sustainable working environment. We truly value your honest insights, which help us build a better workplace for all.
